Ordered 2 chicken kebabs and it wasn't even chicken ... when I rang about 2.15 the guy couldn't understand English and have to wait till 4pm when the manager is in .... NOT GOOD SERVICE

Ordered my food online as they had their 10% off. I ordered it 5:14pm and was given a collection time of 5:54pm. Now I just live literally round the corner and it takes about 5 or 10 mins to walk their. I left in enough time for the collection time, but when I got there the food was already done and waiting in keep warm oven, which i thought was odd given my collection time was a few mins out, I was expecting my pizza to be just coming out of the oven! I got the order home and my food was cold, not even luke warm! Yes it was chilly outside but me living round the corner the food wouldn't even gotten that cold from the walk. Disappointed.

I loved their food as coming from same traditional kitchen and I almost felt like I am at home. Welldone chefs and all the staff working there. Pizza was really tasty and stuffed. Mix kebab & doner was almost the best I have ever had in the UK in recent 18 years. Meat was well cooked, not chewy at all, juicy and soft and professionally marinated with as less salt as possible, so we really enjoyed everything tonight. Thank you guys ! Will keep ordering and recommend others, as we tried by recommendation, too..

20 minutes to wait for a perfect pizza well worth it the only reason it didn't get 5 stars coz the straw was useless on sucking up that gorgeous thick milkshake I will be back
